Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oakland - Airport By Ihg, Oakland

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were clean, spacious, and adequate; but on the other, it was noisy, especially being directly across from the elevator. The service was very good overall, with staff going out of their way to assist. The location, just outside the OAK airport, was perfect for travelers, especially those with early morning flights. The dining experience was one of the best I've seen at any hotel, although they ran out of some items during breakfast.

The service was helpful, with a kind staff member assisting me. The location was ideal for catching an early flight with a free shuttle to the airport.
